Complete These Four Steps

Follow them in order so we can process your move-out without delays.

    Give at least 10 days’ notice

    Contact us at least 10 days before your planned move-out date.

    Empty the unit, sweep it clean and send a photo

    Remove all belongings. The photo must clearly show the entire broom-clean space and the space number.

    • Text the photo to (903) 561-7766 or email it to support@storologystorage.com.
    • The message must be sent from the phone number or email address on file.
    • A cleanup fee may apply if the unit is not left broom clean.

    Your photo should look like this. Show the entire empty, broom-clean space and make sure the space number is visible.

    Close the unit door

    After sending the photo, close the unit door before leaving.

    Wait for move-out confirmation

    We’ll process your move-out quickly and contact you if there are any problems.

Submissions are subject to authentication verification at our discretion. Submissions do not waive any outstanding balances or other obligations from your rental agreement.
