Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: August 17, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Storology Storage website at https://www.storologystorage.com and the online services made available through it.
By accessing the website or using its services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
About Storology Storage
Storology Storage operates self-storage facilities in Texas and New Mexico. This website allows customers to view facility information, check unit availability, make reservations, rent storage units, submit payments, and manage certain account information.
Facility features, unit sizes, pricing, promotions, and availability vary by location.
Rental Agreements Control
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the website. They do not replace your rental agreement, facility rules, protection-plan terms, payment authorization, or any other agreement associated with your storage unit.
If these website terms conflict with a signed rental agreement or another transaction-specific agreement, that agreement controls the rental relationship.
Unit Information and Facility Features
Storage-unit dimensions are approximate. Actual measurements, door dimensions, ceiling heights, accessibility, climate control, parking options, and other features may vary.
Photographs and illustrations are provided for general reference and may not depict the exact unit available at a particular facility.
Customers should confirm important measurements and facility features before completing a rental. Current access hours and available services are listed on the applicable facility page or may be confirmed by contacting Storology Storage.
Availability and Reservations
Online availability can change as units are rented, reserved, transferred, or taken out of service.
Submitting a reservation request does not create a rental agreement or guarantee that a specific unit will remain available. A rental is complete only after all required information, agreements, identification, and payments have been accepted.
Storology Storage may offer a comparable unit or cancel a reservation if the selected unit becomes unavailable before the rental is completed.
Pricing, Promotions, and Fees
Rental rates, administrative fees, protection-plan charges, taxes, deposits, and other applicable charges will be disclosed during the rental process or in the rental agreement.
Promotions are subject to availability and any conditions stated with the offer. Unless otherwise stated, promotions apply only to qualifying new rentals and cannot be combined with other offers.
Rates and promotions may change before a rental agreement is completed. Future changes to an existing tenant’s rent or fees are governed by the tenant’s rental agreement and applicable law.
Online Payments and Autopay
Customers may be able to make one-time payments or enroll in automatic payments through the website.
Enrollment in autopay requires separate authorization. By enrolling, you authorize the payment method provided to be charged according to the rental agreement and the authorization presented during enrollment.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Returned, rejected, reversed, or disputed payments may result in fees or other consequences permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law.
Instructions for changing or ending autopay are available through the customer account or by contacting Storology Storage. Ending autopay does not cancel the rental agreement or eliminate an outstanding balance.
Electronic Records and Signatures
When you choose to complete a transaction electronically, you consent to receive and sign applicable records electronically.
Electronic acknowledgments, signatures, and records may have the same legal effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures, subject to applicable law.
A customer who does not wish to complete a rental electronically may contact Storology Storage to ask about available alternatives.
Customer Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when creating or using an online account.
You are also responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Contact Storology Storage promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been accessed without authorization.
You may not access another customer’s account or attempt to interfere with the website, its security, or its connected services.
Communications
When you provide contact information, Storology Storage may use it to respond to inquiries and send communications related to reservations, rentals, payments, account status, facility access, security, or customer service.
Promotional communications will be sent only when authorized. Available opt-out instructions will be included with promotional messages. Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent necessary transactional or account-related communications.

Protection of Stored Property
Storology Storage does not insure a tenant’s stored property unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
If a protection plan or other coverage option is offered, its separate terms, limitations, exclusions, and coverage amounts control. Customers are responsible for reviewing those terms and determining whether additional insurance or protection is appropriate.
Nothing on this website guarantees that stored property will be protected against every possible loss or cause of damage.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or laws that may apply based on the customer’s location or the location of a storage facility.
